SHIPPING POLICY
All our packaging is plastic free and fully recyclable. We have various different sizes of box to ensure that the minimum packaging possible is sent out with each order. We have two UK delivery options, £3.80 for 2nd class Royal Mail/Evri Standard and £4.50 for 1st class Royal Mail/Evri First Class. We offer free Royal Mail 2nd class delivery for all orders over £24. Please note Royal Mail orders cannot be tracked. For those within Bicester we offer a free hand delivery service. If you wish to make a bulk order, please contact us for more information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours, if the order has not already been dispatched.
