Firstly double check the spelling/ accuracy of the discount code used because all codes are case sensitive (so capital letters need to be used where stated). If it still won't work please get in touch at info@rayofsoap.co.uk and we will look into it.
Possibly - please get in touch with us at info@rayofsoap.co.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the changes you require. Unfortunately any parcels which have already been sent obviously can't be amended.
We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, if you haven't received a dispatch e-mail from us please contact us at info@rayofsoap.co.uk and we will look into it for you. Each dispatch e-mail is sent manually by James (and sometimes he forgets!) so not receiving an e-mail does necessarily mean your parcel is not on the way.
If you have received a dispatch e-mail for an EVRI parcel please get in touch with us at the above address and we will look at the tracking details for you.

If you have received a dispatch e-mail please allow 14 working days (i.e. not counting weekends) for Royal Mail orders because they do not consider parcels lost until this time has elapsed.
