We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, if you haven't received a dispatch e-mail from us please contact us at info@rayofsoap.co.uk (info@rayofsoap.co.uk)and we will look into it for you. Each dispatch e-mail is sent manually by James (and sometimes he forgets!) so not receiving an e-mail does necessarily mean your parcel is not on the way.
If you have received a dispatch e-mail for an EVRI parcel please get in touch with us at the above address and we will look at the tracking details for you.

If you have received a dispatch e-mail please allow 14 working days (i.e. not counting weekends) for Royal Mail orders because they do not consider parcels lost until this time has elapsed.
